Hi, thanks for visiting my website. I hope that you will enjoy your time here. This site started out as an extension of my addiction to Stargate SG-1 and my love of the characters of Jack and Daniel. I am a big fan of "slash" which is the fictional pairing of two characters of the same gender. The term "slash" began many years ago in the Star Trek fandom when the characters of Kirk and Spock where slashed together: Kirk/Spock. Slash is named after the slash-mark "/" and is now the common term for pairing two male characters together. Femslash is the term used for pairing two female characters together. There is no femslash on this site. I have recently decided to expand a bit beyond the Stargate fandom in some of my artwork, so I have changed the name of the website from QuinGem's Stargate SG-1 Creations to just QuinGem's Creations. In the future you will find a variety of artwork which will also include other television shows, celebrities, nature and more. So, hopefully there will be something for everyone! |
